Owners, Syndicates & Shared Ownerships may request up to eight complimentary O&T badges per runner for the restaurant, which includes a complimentary luncheon. These requests must be completed before the race day via PASS.

We can also, alternatively, offer any Owner with a runner on the day a minimum of 20 Syndicate badges, which provide access to the Syndicate Lounge.

O&T need to decide in advance if they would prefer to enjoy O&T or Syndicate Lounge facilities as we do not offer a combination of both O&T and Syndicate badges.

For the Parade Ring we admit up to eight O&T per runner. We will try to be as flexible as we can with this as we know that it’s such an important part of the day. Extra badges can be requested in advance, but we can’t guarantee that every request will be granted.

We might be able to offer additional Syndicate Lounge badges, but this can’t be guaranteed so please ask well in advance of your race for us to try and accommodate your request.

The O&T restaurant is conveniently located in the Taylex Suite on the first floor. This restaurant is reserved exclusively for Owners & Trainers with runners that day and overlooks the Parade Ring. Linda will be your host for the day, and you will be offered a complimentary lunch (with a valid voucher). This includes tea and coffee, a full bar is available to pay for drinks as you go and a Tote service. If anyone in the party has any specific dietary or allergen requirements, please email jpenman@wolverhampton-racecourse.co.uk to let us know before your race day so we can accommodate you. We will try our best on the day but please get in touch with any requests, especially allergy details, in advance.

Depending on the racing fixtures on the day, the tables in O&T may not be reserved for the whole day. You will be told about the time of your table when it’s booked and when the time slot is up we politely ask that you vacate your table or offer to share with other Owners & Trainers to help ensure that all guests can enjoy the same fantastic raceday experience.

If Owners wish to dine in Horizons restaurant, a discount is offered exclusively to Owners. Please contact one of the team on 01302 499730 or email racingnorth@arenaracingcompany.co.uk to book Hospitality or our Horizons Restaurant.

We also offer the exclusive Syndicate Lounge, which overlooks the finishing straight, for all Syndicates & Shared Ownerships. This is located on the first floor in Hospitality Suite 4 and 5 and must be booked in advance. Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits will be served, with access to a pay as you go bar and light food offerings. This is open for all Syndicates & Shared Ownerships and is a great way to meet others and enjoy the races together.

On arrival, please head for the Owners & Trainers Desk, which you can access by going through the Holiday Inn Hotel entrance to the racecourse - you’ll then see it on the left-hand side. Gillian Booth and Kerry Portman will look forward to welcoming you, providing your badges and any information pertinent to your visit.

We have complimentary Wi-Fi on site. If you have not visited an ARC racecourse before you will need to register and details on how to do this are available inside the O&T and Syndicate Lounges. You only need to register once for all 16 ARC racecourses and it will automatically log you in each time you visit.

The safety and welfare of every single horse and rider at Wolverhampton Racecourse is a huge priority. Our ground staff work hard year round to ensure the track is the best it can be and is the optimum racing surface.

We also have a dedicated and experienced team of highly qualified Vets, Doctors and Paramedics following the action at every stage at every race day. Their key responsibility is to monitor and provide care for the competitors (as necessary) throughout their time at the racecourse.

They move around the site throughout the day and this is to make sure they can provide the quickest response to any incident anywhere at Wolverhampton Racecourse. There is a high-specification horse ambulance at every fixture which means we can provide the best, and safest, transport to our own on-site veterinary treatment facility or to the nearest equine referral hospital for further treatment.

Across all ARC racecourses we have a standard procedure to put up screens around a horse or jockey who needs attention on the course. While this can be very worrying, especially for O&T, please be assured that the aim of this is to provide a private, safe, and calm environment. It does not necessarily mean that anything worse than on-site diagnosis and treatment is being provided for the patient, so please try to stay calm and we will update you and provide full details as soon as we can.

We are totally dedicated to providing the highest quality care for all horses and jockeys racing with us at Wolverhampton. We are always committed to dealing professionally with any injury, while working to reduce the risk of it in the first place.

We have a dedicated Compassion Room available for Owners and Trainers in the awful event of a serious incident. This is away from the main event areas to provide a quiet and respectful environment for reflection and support. Our team Executive Director David Ideson, General Manager Anthony Gledhill and the Clerk of the Course Fergus Cameron, will be on hand to offer assistance and support during this difficult time.

Our dress code is relaxed but we ask for no ripped jeans or sports trainers. We also tell our guests that they are not allowed to wear sport shirts or offensive fancy dress, so while unlikely, please also follow this guideline. We encourage O&T to dress up for the occasion and consider the weather as we race all year round and in the evenings too.

From the Owners & Trainers restaurant, there is direct access outside to the steppings via the large glass doors. The racing is also streamed to the internal TV screens located around the site.

For those unable to join on the day, all racing from Wolverhampton is broadcast live on Sky Sports Racing Channel 415.

Owners with runners on the day may go into the Parade Ring for their race and there are up to eight badges per runner. You can request additional badges, but please do this in advance of race day. We try to be as flexible as we can – however please note that additional badges are not guaranteed.

Per the British Horse Racing Authorities General Instructions (BHAGIs), children under the age of 12 are not permitted access into the Parade Ring, and those aged 12-16 are permitted only when accompanied by an adult (section 8.4).

A presentation is made to every winning Owner and Trainer. Sponsors often provide additional mementos for the winning Jockey and Groom, in which case a presentation will also be made to them as well as the O&T.

Winning connections are invited to watch a re-run of their race and celebrate with a glass of Champagne and a selection of nibbles in ‘Winning Connections’ located next to the Weighing Room and hosted by Heather Dalton or Kat Edwards.

Winning Owners are invited to choose their preferred memento to take home on the day. All winning Owners will also receive a complimentary photograph and a copy of their race on a USB memory stick. For those Owners who are unable to attend on the day, the memento will be handed to your Trainer or their representative.

If winning Owners are not present, placed connections are often invited to enjoy the experience.

We offer winning, placed, and all Owners on the day complimentary USB copy of their race. Multiple copies are available should syndicates require them – please speak to Heather or Kat in Winning Connections to arrange this. Alternatively, e-mail Jacqui at jpenman@wolverhampton-racecourse.co.uk after the day if you would like additional UBSs sending in the post. This offer is also extended to all stable staff associated with a runner on the day.

The Holiday Inn Hotel is located on site and the closest place to stay before or after your race day. To book accommodation, please email jpenman@wolverhampton-racecourse.co.uk. There are also several other local hotels in the nearby area.

Announcements about inspections or abandonments of racing or individual races will be made through Racing Admin and our social media channels @WolverhamptonRaces including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram.

The Tote Betting is located inside the Owners & Trainers Lounge and on the first floor in the Sunbeam Suite. The William Hill Betting Shop is located on the ground floor; Additionally, there are a few William Hill and Tote windows around the racecourse.

Independent Bookmakers also operate outside of the area in front of the Track.

Parking is provided for Owners on the tarmac car parks adjoining the Holiday Inn Hotel, please follow directional signage and stewards on the day.

Several forward parking spaces are reserved for Accessibility and Blue Badges in front of the Holiday Inn Hotel. These are offered on a first come first served basis. If you have a particular accessibility request, please contact the Racecourse Office in advance of your race day on 01902 390000 and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Wolverhampton Train Station is located 2.5 miles from the racecourse and is a 40-minute walk. There is a Taxi rank directly outside the Train Station.

Buses regularly operate in and out of the Wolverhampton Bus Station near the racecourse with a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the course.

Wolverhampton Racecourse operates as a cashless venue and therefore there are no cash machines onsite. Bars and food and drink outlets accept card and Apple Pay. Bookmakers do still accept cash and cashback can be obtained from the Tote.

Winning Owners will receive a complimentary photo of their horse on the day.

A Going Report for all race days is made seven days before each fixture, and updated regularly through TurfTrax.

The latest Going, when available, can be found by selecting your raceday on the Whats On page.

Children are welcome in our O&T facilities as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times.

We offer a maximum of two places per O&T party to those aged under 12 and this includes the same lunch as adults as standard.

Children aged over 12 will be considered as part of an Owners badge allocation on the day and will require an O&T badge and their own lunch voucher for access.

If children would like something different to the O&T menu offered on the day, please ask our O&T Host Linda who will be happy to arrange this for you.

The O&T Restaurant and Syndicate Lounge are both wheelchair accessible, and there is an accessible viewing platform overlooking the finishing straight. Personal assistants have free entry to Wolverhampton Racecourse when attending with any O&T who requires accessibility support.
