Restaurant Bookings: The Horizons Restaurant, with outstanding views over the track is situated high in the Grandstand (with lift & stair access). A three course, choice menu meal costs £27.45 midweek, £30.45 on Saturdays and £37.50 on Saturdays in December.
Local Accommodation: We have an onsite Holiday Inn Hotel, however it is undergoing refurbishment until July 2016, please call the hotel reservations line on 01902 390003 for future enquiries beyond June 2016.
PASS System: We operate the PASS System for Owners’ tickets at the main entrance turnstiles. Upon production of your card, we provide 6 tickets per horse and 8 for a syndicate. Up to 6 additional O&T tickets (sole owner) or 14 additional O&T tickets (syndicate) can be purchased at half price at the Owners and Trainers desk. If you are experiencing any problems with the PASS System, please call the Weatherbys Helpline.
Owners and Trainers Facilities: Owners & Trainers are admitted to the Owners & Trainers Lounge, located in the Cleveland Suite, in addition to the Premier Enclosure and Grandstand Enclosure. The Owners & Trainers Lounge has access to Parade Ring viewing balcony and Grandstand steppings, as well as screens for viewing the racing, betting facilities, exclusive bar and food servery. A food voucher is offered to Owners and Trainers at the Owners & Trainers desk, and this is redeemable in the Owners & Trainers Lounge. For health and safety reasons, we ask that you respect the rule that does not permit under 12’s in the Parade Ring. Please note that it is our policy not to allow dogs (with the exception of guide dogs) into the racecourse.
Trophies/DVD’s: Winning connections will receive a memento and a complimentary bottle of champagne after the race as well as a DVD of the race. A photograph will be sent after the raceday.
Dress Code: Smart/casual.
Helicopter Landings: Please note that if you plan to arrive by helicopter, you need to advise the racecourse on 01902 390066 by 5pm the day prior to racing.
